Birthday Parties  

                                                  At Playtime Village, we do everything so you can
                                                  relax, have fun and enjoy your child's special day.   
                                                  This is YOUR special day too so we don't let you lift
                                                   a finger!

                                                  Children will have a blast playing in the                 
                                                  Village Playspace (40 min.) and then go into the
                                                  Play Classroom for structured games and activities
                                                  led by your Party Host.  (20 min.)    

        Children will play freeze dance, pop a million bubbles with our awesome bubble    
 machine, dance under the Disco Ball, play with instruments, run around the
 Obstacle Course, play Relay Races, have fun with Puppets, Beach Balls & tons of   
 more party props.  












    All activities are age-appropriate & non-competitive.  Everybody is a winner and  
    everybody will leave tired and happy.  

    After playing for an hour, the celebration will continue with birthday cake and
    refreshments in the beautifully decorated Music & Art Classroom. (30 min.)   

    Your Party Hosts will serve the pizza, cut the cake, and take good care of all
    your guests.  We will also pack up your child's gifts, any left-overs and even help
    you load up your car!    

                 From start to finish, we do it all!

 A 1 1/2 hour Playtime Village Birthday Party Includes:

       - All set-up, clean-up & ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT!!!
      - 40 minutes of Open Play in the Village Playspace
      - 20 minutes of Gym Games in the Play Classroom
      - 30 minutes for Food & Birthday Cake in the Music & Art Classroom
      - Private use of our two Classrooms
      - Party Host to run the ENTIRE party
      - Customized Invitations (20 w/envelopes)
      - Festive Paper Goods (tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils)
      - Helium Balloon Decorations
      - 1 Balloon for each child to take home
      - Pitcher of Water & Bucket Filled with Ice
      - Apple Juice for the children
      - Candles, Lighter & Cake Knife PLUS
       UNLIMITED USE OF THE VILLAGE PLAYSPACE!!!
               
      When your child's party is over, your guests don't have to
      leave.  Everybody can stay & play as long as they would like.  
      It's included!













        

                                                                    Prices:
   $395 for 15 children, including the birthday child.
  $15 each additional child with a maximum of 30 children.    

           Adults are free.   Babies under 9 months are free.

            $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book party.
        6% CT sales tax will be added.   ($106 total for deposit)

                                Add-Ons:
            $10 per Airpot of Coffee
            (Serves 12 cups.  Price includes cups, lids, stirrers, milk, half & half, sugar,
               Sweet & Low, Equal, & Splenda)
            $11 per Pizza Pie ($2 per topping)    
            $25 per 1/2 tray of Garden Salad (serves 8-10)
               $35 per full tray of Garden Salad (serves 15-20)        
           $.75 per extra invitation (over 20)

             $10 if you supply your own children's paper goods        
             $10 if you supply your own invitations
             $10 if you are a Member

         Parents need to supply the following:
