We kindly ask all of our customers to familiarize themselves with the following rules and policies: - Parents are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their children at all times. - Parents must remain in the building at all times. - Children who are sick should remain at home. - For health and sanitary reasons, SOCKS are required for all children and adults in the Village Playspace. Barefeet or shoes are not allowed in the Village Playspace. remain in the Cafe area. - All fees are non-refundable. - No refund or credit will be given if you are unable to attend an event. Refunds or credit will only be issued if Playtime Village cancels an event. - Children over the age of 5 years but still young enough to play and participate in our facility, will be charged the additional child admission price ($8.80).
