Policies


    Our goal at Playtime Village is to provide a clean, safe and fun
   environment for everybody to enjoy.  

   We kindly ask all of our customers to familiarize themselves with
   the following rules and policies:

   - Parents are responsible for the supervision and behavior of their
     children at all times.

   - Parents must remain in the building at all times.

   - Children who are sick should remain at home.
   
   - For health and sanitary reasons, SOCKS are required for all
   children and adults in the Village Playspace.  Barefeet or   
     shoes are not allowed in the Village Playspace.   

    - Food and drinks are not allowed in the Village Playspace and must
     remain in the Cafe area.

   - All fees are non-refundable.

   - No refund or credit will be given if you are unable to attend an
     event.   Refunds or credit will only be issued if Playtime Village
     cancels an event.

    - Children over the age of 5 years but still young enough to play and
      participate in our facility, will be charged the additional child
      admission price ($8.80).
