      Welcome to Playtime Village, a one-of-a kind 8,600 sq. ft.
    Children's Indoor Playspace created for Moms, Dads,
    Grandparents, Nannies and anyone who loves children.
    Enter a world that is clean, safe and fun for all.

    Village Playspace featuring a

                              Basketball Hoop

The entire Village Playspace is contained so children are visible at all
times.  There are also park benches throughout for parents to sit and
relax.  We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and parent-friendly
atmosphere.

Babies 2 & under have a separate area all their own called
Baby Lane.  Perfect for infants and toddlers, it offers colorful mats,
manipulatives, and tons of great baby toys.

    Our Café offers healthy snacks, beverages, baked goods and
    gourmet coffee.  We have plenty of tables and chairs and also
    provide the cleanest highchairs anywhere.   Finally, a place where
    you can play AND eat!  

    The Café also features one of the largest indoor murals in CT- a
    beautiful scene of a carousel that really is spectacular.   
    Free magazines are also provided.













BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Playtime Village birthday parties are simply the best.  
       We do EVERYTHING so you can relax,
    have fun and enjoy your child's special day.  

    Children will have a blast in the Village Playspace for the first 40  
    minutes (Open Play),  dance around the roadway in our    
    "Birthday  Parade" and then go into our Play Classroom (Gym)
    for 20 minutes of structured games and activities.

    Our Party Hosts will lead the children in a variety of fun,
    energetic and age-appropriate party activities.  
    Think classic favorites like
    freeze dance, going through an obstacle course on all of our fun
    gym equipment,  popping tons of bubbles with our awesome bubble
    machine, dancing under our huge disco ball, parachute play, relay
    races, playing with musical instruments, puppets,
    special props & tons more!

    The celebration continues with birthday cake and refreshments in
    the  Music & Art classroom.  (30 minutes)

    With a birthday party, your guests also receive
    UNLIMITED use of the Village Playspace!

    MEET THE FOUNDER & OWNER
    OF PLAYTIME VILLAGE,
    Rachel Winter

    Playtime Village was built "completely out of need"
and opened for business on August 8, 2005.  
Rachel holds a B.S. in Recreation Management
and has worked in the Commercial Recreation industry
for over 20 years.  She and her husband, Brian, are the  
proud parents of 6 year old Julia and 5 year old Jeremy.

Miss Terry

With her warm and cheerful personality, Miss Terry has
been the heart and soul of Playtime Village since the day it
opened.  She is the General Manager, Play Class Instructor, and
is also the proud mother of three and grandmother of five.  
She does it all!  
When you come in to play, you'll quickly see why we are so lucky
to have her.
